Do prices include taxes?
No. All prices are before GST and QST.
How does payment work?
For the Essential and Growth packages: 50% at signing and 50% at launch. For the Custom package: 40% at signing, 30% at design approval and 30% at launch. Interac e-Transfer or credit card.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain stays in your name, and the code and content are transferred to you upon final payment. If you ever decide to leave, you leave with everything.
Is hosting included?
It’s included in all our maintenance plans, from $49/month, and the first month is free. You can also host the website yourself: we give you everything you need.
Do I have to get a maintenance plan?
No, it’s optional. Most of our clients choose one, because an unmaintained website loses speed and visibility over time.
Can I edit my website myself?
Yes, starting with the Growth package, through a simple editor. You get a 1-hour training session and a video guide. With the Essential package, edits go through us or a maintenance plan.
Why not WordPress?
WordPress relies on dozens of plugins that need constant updates and are the leading cause of small business websites getting hacked. Our websites are faster, safer and don’t break with every update.
What if you deliver late?
The launch date is written in the contract. If we’re late because of us, we refund 10% of the package price. Delays caused by pending content or approvals don’t count, which is only fair.
Does my website have to be in French?
In Québec, the Charter of the French Language requires French to be present on a business website. We always deliver a French version, and offer the English version as an option (+30%).
